| Upon receipt of your enquiry a Franchising Representative will have a brief discussion with you. The purpose of this discussion is to ask you some questions as well as giving you the opportunity to ask questions relating to your interest in an Ella Baché franchise opportunity. We will provide you more information over email so you can better understand our franchising offer. | |

| If you choose to pursue your interest further our New Business Manager will have further discussions with you. The purpose of these discussions is to get to know you better and again for you to look at the Ella Baché franchise opportunity and to gauge if it is suitable to you and you to us. | |

| We invite our strongest applicants to a 1:1 “Dream Meeting” with a New Business Manager. At this meeting any further questions you have will be answered and we will need to obtain a more detailed profile about you. | |

| If we all agree to proceed further we will request a refundable deposit of $1,000 which is placed in trust pending your approval and final decision. Formal documentation will be provided to you to take to your advisors along with giving you our ‘Building a Business Plan template’. | |

| The next step is your due diligence process – you will need to obtain legal advice, organize your finances, take the opportunity to meet with an existing franchise owner at their salons and decide if this is the right business for you. | |

| If you are successful, Ella Baché will finalise discussions with you about owning an Ella Baché Franchsie. | |
