This includes helping you find on-the-job placements and employment opportunities upon graduation.

If you gain employment in an Ella Baché salon after graduation you will continue your professional education through our post graduate training program delivered by our state training team. This includes in-salon training, workshops and attendance at industry events.

Our reputation in the industry also ensures that our graduates are in demand by salons, resorts and spas outside the Ella Baché salon network. Add CIDESCO and ITEC, internationally recognised qualifications to your Diploma of Beauty Therapy and travel the world while you work.

Becoming a Beauty Therapist

A qualified Beauty Therapist is a skincare expert able to consult with a client about their skin condition, diagnose their needs to obtain healthier skin, and recommend tailored treatments and home care solutions.

Engaging with customers at every level of their salon experience is a major part of a Beauty Therapist’s daily activity. An Ella Baché therapist is an expert in skincare with a strong understanding of key body systems, skin biology, anatomy and cosmetic chemistry. Therapists apply their expertise in performing a wide range of specialised facial and body treatments.

Beauty Therapists may also work in salons and clinics where advanced technologies such as IPL and Laser are used to perform services including hair removal, collagen stimulation, pigmentation reduction, vascular and other anti-aging treatments. To perform these treatments safely and effectively for maximum skin results it’s important to gain higher level qualifications in dermal (skin) therapies.
